The Guild Leader Role #
The Guild Leader is a person in a village tasked with making sure everything is going smoothly from the day to day. They combine well with being a Merchant or position where your dealing with logistics and assistance.
The idea for Guild Leaders came from Goblin Slayer where Guild Leaders can put up job posts or requests from players.
You can find out more about the Guild Leader Role here:
A job is monitored by the Guild Leader and NOT by the DM so it is their duty that the player completes the job.
Jobs requiring XP must be approved by a DM and those may be monitored to prevent any exploitation.

How To Setup Quests For Your Village #
The quest system shown above is completely player ran. Guild Leaders create the quest or request. Players come to the board and gets a copy of the quest. They do the quest and once it’s complete a Guild Leader signs off and the player can redeem the quest for XP if it has XP. All steps are logged in our system. After creating the quest you can see she puts it in the DM Approval chest (Can be built by any player. Used to approve Blueprints, Quests and more). Once a DM approves the quest it can be put on the board to be distributed by players.
The video shows how a Guild Leader would post a quest. Or remove a quest.
Each time you post a quest it shows up on our discord as well.
Once a Guild Leader approves your quest / signs off on it. The player can redeem it.
How to Create Jobs #
The job system is straight forward. You build a terminal so that you can setup the job terminal itself for the type of job(s) players will be working. Each player gets a time card parchment to be able to punch in and out. You clock in at the right hour and you clock out at the right hour.
Guild Leaders can then assign the job name, description, the item you’ll be paid. how much and the hours.
Setting up Rental Homes and Interiors #
The Landlord System is a buildable placeable by Guild Leaders when placed next to (SED-Special Event Doors) You can manage it as a landlord. Mainly used for housing can allow people to pay for entrance to the interior.
This is the Landlord Controller.
it does need the door to be ‘initialized’ for the first time. Meaning if no one has used that home since a reset you need to click on the door to initialize it.
Clicking on the controller shows you the various options.
Only Guild Leaders can see options 1,2,3,6
A tenant can only pay, lock and unlock their door.
The Tenant must use the /claim command on the door to claim the home for him/herself.
Guild leaders can set a monetary unit and amount for rent.
Guild Leaders can evict players. Everything in the interior will be destroyed.
Once you pay the rent a tenant can enter their home , lock and unlock it.
For a tenant to claim the door so that it’s theirs until eviction the tenant will use their In Character Token and point it towards the door and use /claim
Side Note, In order for a Guild Leader to collect rent a chest or inventory must be selected. Use /claim container on the container that you want your rent sent to.
Use the IC token on the Terminal and use /claim set container to set the container to the terminal.
